It is an honor and a blessing to serve as President of the St. Joseph the Worker Women’s Guild for the coming year.
My hope is to build upon the Guild’s traditions while creating opportunities for women to grow in faith, friendship, fellowship, and service. Together, we will support our parish and community, welcome new members, and enjoy meaningful time with one another.
Every woman has something valuable to contribute. Whether you volunteer regularly, assist with one event, share an idea, or attend a meeting, your presence is appreciated. Women of all ages and stages of life are welcome—working or retired, single or married, longtime parishioners or new members. Please consider joining us for a joyful and meaningful year!

January ~ no meeting
Tuesday, September 8 ~ Welcome Back Wine & Cheese Social ~ Come spend time with old friends, meet some new ones, and enjoy yourself at this informal gathering. All ladies ages 18+ are welcome to our meetings! Parish Center doors open at 6:00. Meeting and social at 6:30 PM.
Tuesday, October 6 ~ Pruning to Prosper with Gina Morton~ Join us for a special presentation by Gina Morton, Catholic decluttering coach and host of the Pruning to Prosper podcast. Gina will share faith-centered guidance for creating a more peaceful, purposeful, and clutter-free home. Parish Center doors open at 6:30. Meeting and social at 7:00 PM.
Tuesday, November 10 ~ Craftfest Setup ~ In addition to setup activities throughout the week, we reserve our usual meeting time to help prep food in the kitchen and setup the tables, shelves, and trees in the craft display area. Parish Center doors open at 6:00.
Saturday and Sunday, November 14/15 ~ CRAFTFEST ~ A Guild staple for more than 40 years! Come out to help with food, sales, baking and decorating!
Wednesday, December 16 ~ Women's Guild Christmas Dinner ~ Celebrate the Christmas season with a festive evening of food, friendship, and holiday cheer. Husbands and guests are welcome. Invitations and additional details will be sent to paid Guild members.
Tuesday, February 9 ~ Preparing for Lent: Faith, Food, and Fellowship ~ Join us for a special Lenten reflection presented by one of our parish priests. We will also explore pre-Lenten traditions - including Mardi Gras, Fasching, Carnival, Shrove Tuesday, Butter Week, and Fat Tuesday - while enjoying food, fellowship, and fun. Doors open at 6:30pm. The meeting begins at 7:00pm.
Tuesday, March 9 ~ Cay Galgon Life House~ Paula Albanese will present an informative program about Cay Galgon Life House, its mission,and the support it provides to women and children in our community.

Tuesday, April 6 ~ Game Night ~ Enjoy an evening of friendly competition, games, prizes, refreshments, and laughter. Members are encouraged to bring a friend. Doors open at 6:30pm. The meeting begins at 7:00pm.
Sunday, April 18 ~ Communion Breakfast and Installation of Officers ~ Join us for 9:00am Mass, followed by breakfast as we celebrate the conclusion of our Guild year, recognize our members, thank the outgoing officers, and install the new Women’s Guild officers. Reservation and breakfast details to be announced.

Membership in the Guild is open to all Christian women, 18 years and older, who are members or relatives of members of our parish. Dues are $10
