COUNCIL #10921
ST. JOSEPH THE WORKER
OREFIELD, PA US

Holy Week and Easter Schedule (Facebook Cover) (1).png

Who are the Knights?  We are husbands, fathers, sons, and brothers just like you – ordinary Catholic gentlemen, armed with our faith who want to make this a better world, one day and one Knight at a time.  We volunteer our time and commit our hearts to God. We find camaraderie and a shared sense of purpose in whatever we do, whether it is running a youth free throw contest, setting up the Nativity, or simply enjoying each other’s company at our summer family picnic.

We have a very active council here at St Joseph the Worker Church.  We’ve donated over $46,000 to help young men like Father Jason Stokes become priests and young women like Sister Immaculata Marie pursue their vocation to religious life.   We provide food gift cards so families can enjoy Christmas dinner.  We support our school, the parish and local charities like Habitat for Humanity, Mercy Special Learning Center, ARC of the Lehigh Valley, Mary’s Shelter and the Veterans’ Sanctuary.  We reach out beyond our diocese, helping victims of hurricanes and the devastating earthquakes in Haiti.

For as much as we have accomplished, there is still much work yet to be done.  We need your help and invite you, good Catholic men of this parish, who are 18 years or older, to join us and become a Knight.  Become a Knight of Columbus and grow in your faith. Become a Knight of Columbus to give something back for the many blessings you have received.  Become a Knight of Columbus to set an example of service for generations to come.  You’ll be glad that you did.
